The LKG program builds on the foundations laid in Nursery, introducing structured academic concepts through interactive and engaging methods.
Activities Include:
- Letter and sound recognition (phonics-based)
- Number skills: counting, sorting, comparing
- Beginner writing practice (patterns, strokes)
- Story comprehension and conversation building
- Life skills: hygiene, manners, following instructions
- Thematic learning (seasons, animals, festivals, community helpers)
Focus: Early literacy and numeracy, social responsibility, and structured routines.

What age groups do you accept at Little Chunks Preschool?
We welcome children between 1.5 to 5.5 years, covering Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, and UKG levels.
What are your school timings?
Our regular preschool hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
What curriculum do you follow?
We follow a play-based, activity-rich curriculum that focuses on holistic development—language, math, motor skills, social-emotional growth, and creativity.
Is admission open year-round?
Admissions are usually open for the new academic year, but we do consider mid-year enrollments based on availability.
